SPRING 2009 SEMESTER: February 9 – June 8

 An application for Winter 2009 Intersession will continue you into the Spring 2009 Semester.  Please DO NOT submit more than one application. 

1. Go to www.piercecollege.edu

2. Click on APPLY ONLINE (upper right-hand corner).

3. After you submit your application online, you will receive a confirmation email from Pierce College with further instructions. If you do not receive the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk, spam or bulk mail folder.

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

The list of course offerings for the Winter 2009 Intersession is available online at www.piercecollege.edu.  The print version of the Schedule of Classes is available on campus.

The list of course offerings for the Spring 2009 Semester will be available online at www.piercecollege.edu on November 13.  The print version of the Schedule of Classes will be available on campus on November 21.

Please note that important information is provided in the print version of the Schedule of Classes.

HOW TO DROP A CLASS ONLINE

1. Go to www.piercecollege.edu

2. Click on CLASS REGISTRATION (upper right-hand corner area of your browser).

3. "The Student Information System Log-On Page" will appear. Click on the "Log on to the Student Information System Here" link.

4. Click on STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, read instructions and proceed.

5. Review your schedule, you will need to make a note of the section number of the course you are about to drop.

6. After the drop has been processed, you will receive a confirmation number. Write down and keep the confirmation numbers given for each transaction.

7. Review your schedule to make sure that the transaction was processed successfully. Print your schedule.

HOW TO DROP A CLASS BY TELEPHONE

1) Call 818-988-2222.

2) Listen carefully & follow the prompts.

2) Review your schedule, you will need to make a note of the section number of the course you are about to drop.

3) After the drop has been processed, you will receive a confirmation number. Write down and keep the confirmation numbers given for each transaction.

4) Listen to your schedule to make sure that the transaction was processed successfully. Obtain a copy of your updated registration receipt at the Business Office (or you can print your schedule online).
